Our Story
GlobAid was founded by Serap Yıldırım with the mission of providing aid and support to people affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises around the world. The goal of Globaid Charity is to make a positive impact in the lives of those in need, and to ensure that aid reaches those who need it most in a timely and effective manner.
The organization operates with a clear set of values and principles, including transparency, accountability, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of aid and support to those in need. Globaid Charity is driven by the belief that every individual deserves access to the basic necessities of life, and that it is the responsibility of the international community to respond to the needs of those affected by disaster and crisis.
The goals of Globaid Charity are threefold: to provide immediate relief and support to those affected by disaster and crisis; to help rebuild and revitalize communities in the aftermath of disaster; and to work with local organizations and communities to create sustainable solutions to the challenges they face.
Through its work, Globaid Charity is dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of those it serves.
Turkey and Syria earthquake appeal
Devastating earthquakes hit Turkey and Syria on Monday 6 February. Rescue operations are underway to search for survivors, with humanitarian aid being provided.
